The building is equipped with three enthalpy recovery units on the roof, fitted with frequency converters, control probes, and high-efficiency filters (F7-F9). These systems automatically control indoor air quality by performing ventilation, filtration, and exhausts to maintain an optimal quality of 500 PPM compared to the outside air. Additionally, an automatic control panel manages the lighting on and off, optimizing energy consumption through scheduled programming.
It also features air conditioning systems with two heat pump units for cooling/heating and Daikin VRV units as backup, allowing for alternative climate control in case of failure. A Sauter remote management system enables control of the air conditioning on each floor, with the option to extend and manage it all from the central control room. It also includes a backup generator and UPS to ensure power supply in case of outages, as well as a parking lot with three spaces equipped with electric chargers.
